Is there a warranty on game uniforms?
XUBI provides a full 2-year warranty on the quality and workmanship of every uniform. If a defect develops or is noticed within a years, well repair or replace it for free.
I use an approved vendor list and XUBI is not on it. Can I still buy from you?
Yes. Call to see if XUBI can be added to the approved vender list. If not, XUBI will sell to you through a local vendor who is already on the list. Contact a XUBI Rep for details.
What are the payment terms?
A 50% down paymet is required for all educational institutions to place an order and 50% is due upon reciept. 100% is required otherwise. 100% prepayment qualifies for FREE SHIPPING ($80 value). Contact a XUBI Rep for details if your athletic department requires you to use a P.O.
Are there any minimums?
There is a minimum of 12 uniforms for new team orders. There are no minimums on replacement orders for the same design.
What is STUDIO X?
XUBI's new state-of-the-art drafting tool. Use it to quickly and easily design your team's uniforms and see exactly how they'll look before you order. You can even print your design or email it friends and colleagues.
How long will it take to get my order?
Please allow 5-7 weeks. Rush orders are available (10% extra) and take three weeks.
What fabrics are available?
We offer a variety of high-performance fabrics, including deluxe sweat-wicking, dazzle, and satin.
What do you charge extra for?
Nothing! The price you see a uniform listed at includes tackle twill letters and numbers, custom embroidery, team names, and even larger sizes at no extra charge.
Can I submit my own uniform design?
Yes. Just contact us, and we'll make whatever you want.
Can I have my logo embroidered?
All team logos are embroidered and can be up to five inches in diameter and four colors. No extra charge.
